In most cases you can use a repairer of your choice as we understand our clients have personal preferences or unique requirements. Please phone your chosen repairer and when booking, give them your Insurer Name and Policy Number. In most cases, your repairer can invoice your insurer directly.

Excess

In most cases windscreen repairs/replacements are free of excess.
There are a few cases however where an excess may apply, some of which are listed below:

Heavy Fleet Vehicles or Mobile Plant
