Ron Bridges

Ron started the firm in 1990 after working in Broking and Underwriting roles in NZ & Australia dating back to 1979.   Ron believes strongly in Customer Service and never tires of reminding the team of the importance of treating people how we expect to be treated. Ron has a clear focus on getting it right and raising the bar for the insurance industry.

Ron leads a dedicated, experienced and qualified team waiting to help you. He is well known for his accuracy and follow-up in an industry that often has its critics. As a born and bred Hamiltonian, Ron has enjoyed seeing many of the small businesses he worked with in the early days become the large companies they are today. Bridges Insurance Services is a business founded on Ron’s passion for people. 

Outside of the office Ron enjoys the gym, golf, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
